White-label bookkeeping software
Real books, under your own brand.
TheGuyBooks puts full double-entry bookkeeping behind your website — for your own business, or as a product you sell to your clients under your name. Your domain, your logo, your price. We stay invisible.
Pricing is public, to the cent — no call required to see a number.

Who it’s for
Built for two kinds of owner.
For one business
You run the crew, the trucks, the jobs. Your books shouldn’t live on some other company’s website. Invoices, bills, banking, and reports sit behind your own site — in plain words, without the accountant-speak.
$20.00/mo · See the plan
For agencies & platforms
You serve dozens of client businesses. Give each one its own set of books, under your brand, at your price. We charge you wholesale by the block of 50 seats — you keep the margin and the relationship.

How it works
Your website grows a Books button.
01
Point your site at Books
Add a Books link to your website — it opens on your own domain with your logo and colors. Nothing to install, nothing to host.
02
Your people sign in under your brand
Each business gets its own private set of books. You invite them; they sign in on your site and see you, not us.
03
Real bookkeeping runs underneath
Invoices, bills, banking, reconciliation, reports — a real double-entry ledger behind every screen, kept honest by design.
What’s inside
Everything a set of books needs. Nothing it doesn’t.
Invoicing & getting paid
Invoices, received payments, and deposits that land where they should.
Bills & spending
Enter bills, pay them, write checks, and track spending by category and class.
Banking & reconciliation
Reconcile against statements. Cleared lines lock, so the books can’t quietly drift from the bank.
Reports that trace
Profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow, trial balance, general ledger, A/R aging — cash or accrual, with the entries behind every number.
Teams, roles & 2FA
Invite owners and accountants with the right access. Two-factor sign-in with recovery codes on every account.
White-label to the edges
Your domain, your logo, your brand color — the screens your clients see carry your brand.
Pricing
Priced to the cent, in public.
Two plans for two kinds of owner. No metering, no overage, no per-active-user math — a flat bill either way.
One business
$20.00/mo
Your books, behind your own website.
- Full double-entry books for one company
- Invoicing, bills, banking, and reconciliation
- Every report — cash or accrual basis
- Your branding on your domain
- Two-factor sign-in included
- Every feature. One price.
White-label
$9.00/seat/mo
Sold in blocks of 50 seats. You set your client pricing.
- One block: 50 × $9.00 = $450.00/mo — flat
- Blocks stack: 100 seats = $900.00/mo
- Each client gets their own private books
- Your brand on every screen your clients see
- We never contact or bill your clients
- Wholesale margin: resell at $30/mo and a full block nets about $1,050.00/mo
The math, in public: a block is 50 × $9.00 = $450.00. Charge your clients our own one-business price — $20.00 — and 23 filled seats pay for the whole block. Everything past that is margin.
Not ready for 50 clients? Then you're not ready for this tier — start on One business and switch when the block math wins. Margin figures are illustrative; you set your own client pricing.
Fair questions
Do I pay for seats I haven’t filled?
Yes — a block is flat-priced capacity, not a per-login meter. $450.00 covers seats 1 through 50 whether 12 or 50 are live, and the bill never moves as you fill it. If that math doesn’t work for your client count yet, start on the One business plan and switch when it does.
What happens when I outgrow 50?
Add another block. Seats come in 50s: 100 seats is $900.00/mo, 150 is $1,350.00/mo. The system enforces the cap at the block boundary, so there are no surprise overages — the 51st client simply needs the second block first.
Can I start with one business and go white-label later?
Yes. Start at $20.00/mo, and when you’re ready to resell, email us — we move your account onto a block and your existing books come along untouched.
What do my clients see?
Your domain, your logo, your brand color, your business name. We don’t contact your clients, bill them, or market to them. (The legal fine print — terms and privacy — names TheGuyBooks as the software provider, as it must.)
How does billing work? Can I cancel?
Month to month — no contracts, no annual lock-in. Today we set every account up personally; self-serve signup and checkout are being built in the open. Cancel any time by email.
Whose data is my books?
Yours. If you ever leave, you take your books with you — reports and records. We don’t hold books hostage; we’d rather earn next month than lock you in.
Security
Security, stated plainly.
We’re early, and we’d rather show specifics than badges. Every line below is checkable — no “bank-level” anything.

We’re early, and we act like it: a real person sets you up, answers in plain words, and doesn’t make you sit through a demo call. Email what you run and what you need — you’ll get a straight answer, usually the same day.
